The price, which we offer on elegantkerala.com, is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc. The charges doesn't include the airline charges and we will do it on special request and you need to do extra payment for that.
To take the advantage of any travel facility or services through elegantkerala.com, you have to give some part of your payment in advance. It gives you the confirmation of the booking. The advance amount to pay can be decided by you. The amount may also depend on the kinds of services, you are going to avail. To make the payments online, you can use credit card and payment through paypal account. Elegantkerala.com offers a safe transaction process and ensures you that your personal security codes will not be revealed in worst cases also.
For international advance payments, you can use Bank / Wire Transfer and transfer amount into our bank account together with the additional charges levied by the banks. We also accept Bank Drafts, Cheque and cash in exceptional cases.

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 5% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges
For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
These cancellation charges are subject to vary as per the season or other conditions.
It is essential to contact elegantkerala.com for all kinds of refunds if booking is done through it. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made on the same credit card only. Refund process can take duration of maximum 2-3 working days due to banking procedures. Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary. In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the transaction charges
Refunds against the cancellation of the hotels depend upon the cancellation policies of the particular hotels. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotels, we only charge a negligible amount of Rs. 300 as cancellation service charges for each room.
We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra. If government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
